Horsham Holistic Health is a Mind, Body and Spirit group which I have been running for the last 9 years.  We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Friends Meeting House, Worthing Road, Horsham RH12 1SL from 7.30 – 9.30pm.    The cost is £7 which is payable on the door and includes refreshments.  Free parking is available in Sainsbury’s car park opposite the venue.

It provides a place for like-minded people to meet, and each month there is a different speaker.  It gives people an opportunity to learn about new subjects or increase their knowledge of things they may already be familiar with.
